We always enjoy our trips to Blue Mountain Beach. Sea Bluff condo #11 does need some remodeling, especially in the master bathroom. However, the master bed is extremely comfortable, and our boys slept great in their beds. We had no problems with the refrigerator, as noted in other reviews, and the air conditioning worked well.

We had the BEST weekend staying here. The home was absolutely perfect for our group of 9. The itrip team was very professional and responsive before and during the stay. The home is also in the perfect location and took no more than 15 minutes to get everywhere. Would definitely stay here again! Alexandra

The unit was amazing. The pictures online dont do it justice! The view- amazing. The beach is an uncrowded area but walking distance to shops and ice cream. Short drive to anything and everything else. Communication with management was surperb. Truly the best vacation rental weve had!

We had the most amazing trip !! The condo was spectacular it really had all we needed . Kitchen , towels , appliances , jacuzzi, beds, Pillows, perfect location for ski in and ski out we really did not need a car or the shuttle . The website and attention throughout was extraordinary . Instructions easy to follow and we are already thinking about next year dates! Thank you for everything !!!

House was wonderful. We were six adults, two children under five, and a dog. House has a park across the street , a gated yard and a gated pool. House was very clean and everything was in working order. We would stay there again.
