  • Reservations are not made by or for a minor, defined as any person under the age of twenty-five (25). We require at least one member of the party to be 25 (twenty-five) years of age! Any violators will be evicted with forfeiture of all monies.
  • Check-in time is 4pm, however, it may be as late as 5 or 6pm in peak winter and summer season. 
  • Check-out time is 10am.
  • Smoking is not permitted in any of our rental properties. Violation of this policy will result in additional cleaning charges at the discretion of iTrip Vail - Beaver Creek. Your damage deposit (if applicable) will be forfeited and an additional $1,000.00 fee may be charged for Ozonation if smoking in the unit is detected.
  • Tenant agrees to leave the premises and its contents in the same condition as Tenant found the premises to be upon move-in; normal wear and tear is expected.
  • The maximum number of occupants shall not be exceeded. Occupancy exceeding the sleeping capacity, using the premises for any illegal activity, causing damage to the premises rented or to any of the neighboring properties and any other acts which interferes with neighbors' right to quiet enjoyment of their premises are grounds for eviction.
  • No open flames are permitted on balconies or in the unit with the exception of fire contained within a wood burning fireplace. Do not dismantle smoke detectors. Use the overhead stove fan when cooking to avoid accidental activation of smoke detector alarm.
  • There is no daily housekeeping service.  Additional cleaning services can be arranged for a fee. Please contact us in advance for pricing.
  • Owner or owner's agents may enter the premises in case of an emergency; to make any necessary or agreed upon repairs, alterations, or improvements; supply necessary or agreed upon services or show the premises to prospective purchasers, renters or contractors. Owner will provide renter with at least 24 hours notice of Owners intent to enter (except in the case of an emergency).
  • Please report any maintenance needs for the premises to us and we will respond as quickly as possible. Refunds will not be made for maintenance issues including, but not limited to heating and air conditioning, appliances, televisions, and stereos.
  • iTrip or the Owner, does not assume any liability for loss, damage or injury to persons or their personal property. Neither does owner accept any liability for any inconveniences, damage, loss or injury arising from any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas, cable service, electricity or plumbing, as well as due to weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of God, or other reasons beyond its control.

We stayed here a week after our son’s wedding in Beaver Creek. Several family members, a toddler, and baby. Loved this home ! Lots of space for family. Great location for quick trips for groceries, coffee, meals. Great location for tourist activities. Once back home I discovered I had left clothing behind. Office manager was efficient and helpful in getting the items mailed back to me promptly. Thank you !

We had a wonderful stay at Stonebridge Terrance. The condo was spacious for the 6 adults and bridal party that prepped before the wedding there. The place was quiet and the beds were comfortable so all slept well. The location is great for pedestrian and vehicular access to the entire Vail area.

Roomy yet cozy!

We had 3 couples in our group and the house was more than enough. The downstairs shower was amazing, living room furniture super comfy and we lacked nothing. Has a combo coffee maker that brews both whole pots and single serve K-cups. Would definitely book again. Location was central and easy to get to and from.

Perfect house for our family!

This house was perfect for 2 families with 6 small children. We brought a pop up play pen, went for lots of walks, and took the bus to the park. The house itself is spacious, clean, and recently remodeled. We used the kitchen to cook almost every meal and it worked out great. We can’t wait to return soon.

Wonderful home for a family gathering

This is a beautifully decorated home with nice touches that made a gathering of 2 large families a great time. Simple touches like heated floors in the master bedroom, many televisions for separate viewing for kid shows vs. adult, and fireplaces in the master and living room made our stay cozy. The location can’t be beat for skiing as its a very short drive to the Riverwalk Gondola. We also booked this summer and are excited for the location for summer activities like biking on the bike trail, kids playing in the river, a playground close by with basketball courts, and a close walk to our favorite bagel store and Starbucks. This home was exactly as expected. The only “heads up” I would add is the garage is tiny so only fits a small/medium size SUV and its tight parking in the small driveway. There are spots across from the house but we weren’t sure if we were necessarily allowed there but we parked there with a large SUV with a small trailer and had no issue.

Our family of 10 was in Beaver Creek/Vail for my niece's wedding. This house was set up perfectly for our group. Comfy beds, beautiful decor, fully stocked kitchen, fireplaces, easy parking, and all of the men loved the steam shower. I would, positively, recommend this house. The location was very close to Beaver Creek Village (about 9 minutes) and not far at all to Vail. We enjoyed this trip so much. Thank you. Margaret

This property was fantastic!! We were able to spread out when needed. We had 7 adults and 2 little ones (toddler and newborn). We used the bottom floor for the kids and gave them plenty of space to spread out. The beds were very comfortable and they had all the amenities that we needed. We were surprised and so glad to see the humidifiers in every room. Such a nice touch with coming from the Houston we needed it!! We would love to stay here again if return to the area.

The Perfect Ski Location

The house and location were perfect for our family of 5 with room to spare - even with 3 teenagers!! The distance to the base is quick and easy and I loved the ability to walk to Starbucks and restaurants! We enjoyed the cozy family room setting with fireplace for watching movies at night and the giant table for a game of cards. The house is great and we would highly recommend it to all!

Ideal Mountain Getaway

We were desperate for a change of scenery and a relatively quick and easy getaway, and this place fit the bill! There were 3 couples and we each had our own room and bathroom. The beds were very comfortable and the place was really clean! The living room was great for hanging out, and the dining table was perfect for our meals. We couldn't have asked for a better location--the bakery and Starbucks are just down the road, and the bus to the mountain is at the end of the street! Parking was easy, too. This home is cozy, beautiful, and comfortable. We all agreed we will be back again!

Great set up for a family vacation. Plenty of room to accommodate adult and kids spaces. Great location with easy, walkable access to downtown Avon, Nottingham Lake Park, the bus to Elk lot to catch the free shuttle up to Beaver Creek Village for skiing, snowshoeing, mountain biking, hiking, etc. House had everything we could have needed/wanted. We will definitely book this place again!

Perfect place for a family getaway

A great house right near the river, and within a few minutes of shopping, skiing, dining, and more. Full kitchen and multiple living spaces, as well as sleeping space for oh so many, makes this a great place for a family group to meet up in any season. Right near the bike path for some warm weather exercise as well! Town shuttle bus is very close, so can get around without a car for sure.
