This place is fantastic! My family wasn’t ready to leave! Only a mile from the beach, and we were able to ride bikes that David and Robyn provided and beach chairs, and a ton of other things, you’ll just have to book a stay to understand how perfect this property is. Also the neighbors are amazing! Can’t wait to come back

The penthouse condo was the perfect spot for a large party. I had my sisters bachelorette party and we had a fantastic time. Right across from the beach access and next door to a 24/7 market and liquor store served all of our needs! Food, bars and beach shops were so convenient to walk to. I would highly recommend this spot for large groups and families.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house was spacious, clean, and welcoming. We made use of the fully-equipped kitchen and cooked a nice pasta meal and enjoyed a cozy night in one night. The house is on a tree-lined, quiet street. We could walk to central downtown in less than 5 minutes!

When we arrived the condo had amazing natural light and everything was so clean with gorgeous decorations! Appliances were very nice and clean. Kitchen was set up with everything we could possibly need. Our beds were comfy and the lemon cookies were such a treat left by the owner! D119 you were so good to us! We hope to be back to IOP really soon!
