We had two families with 4 kids under the age of 10 and enjoyed every minute of our trip. The condo was perfect size for the entire group. The view was amazing and most importantly, it was very clean. It was a very short walk to the beach from our room which worked out great for our little ones. We will definitely be back!

The blinds were unable to be moved throughout the stay but it was so incredibly clean! Seriously so clean. Very nice AC in unit and awesome that it came w/ all the beach items for 2! Would happily book again.

House was a dream for a family with kids and dogs. All floors wood and tile and a huge, fenced-in backyard. House was clean with everything that was needed but also minimalistic so you felt like you had space. Location was within walking of creek and a ton of great restaurants. I honestly wished I had spent more time in the Mount Pleasant neighborhood than in Charleston.

Loved everything about the place. Backyard was fantastic, home was very clean, beds comfortable and kitchen stocked with everything we needed (even had 2 different types of coffee makers). Highly recommend

We had an absolutely wonderful time staying at Little San Felipe Cottage. It was perfect for us and had everything we needed. Perfect location, walking distance to everything. So much charm both inside and out. The neighbors were very nice and we had the opportunity to meet the owner who was an absolute pleasure to speak with. We cannot wait to come back!
