Originally started as a summer resort destination, Steamboat has become renowned for its world-class skiing and mountain biking options. And your Steamboat vacation rental will put your family in the middle of it all.

Winter activities include skiing, snowmobiling, snowboarding, biking, sledding and fishing. The city houses two ski areas – Steamboat and Howelsen Hill, Colorado's oldest continuously operated ski area. Or simply play in the smooth, dry snow, referred to as Champagne Powder, for which Steamboat is known.

Mountain biking is huge in Steamboat. Known as Bike Town USA, the city has trails for all ages and skill levels. Hundreds of miles of single track, as well as over 50 miles of downhill and freeride terrain.

** In March 2020 when the resort shut down, we gave refunds for any unused nights and would do that again.

Magical Time
5/5 stars
What a magical experience! The condo was perfect for our family! We overlooked the mountain with beautiful views! The shuttle service was awesome and took us back and forth for our dinner reservations. The drivers John and Sam were so helpful and very prompt. We did not need a car! The skiing was amazing and we have teenagers so the ski in/out was a bonus! Awesome trip!

Good location for skiing, comfortable accommodations, only 3 day stay so even though rental was reasonable the fees were not so not great value for the $ for a short stay

Great Location, Great Condo
5/5 stars
My family of five stayed here the week before Christmas and it was fantastic! Could not have asked for a better location - great to be able to easily ski in and it was a brief walk to be able to ski down to the gondola. The condo itself was comfortable and the rooms worked well for our family. Kitchen. Had everything we needed. Also - Itrip had great communication. And was very responsive to any texts I sent. A+ experience.

A Wonderful Stay
4/5 stars
We were staying in Steamboat for a softball tournament. We loved the location, as it was close to the fields (5-10 minutes) but also far enough away to feel like we were in the mountains. We were able to wake up and hike some of the mountain biking trails on the ski hill and sit on the balcony with beautiful views of the valley and hot air balloon. I had complained that there was only one parking pass, as we had two cars, and as soon as I arrived, I received a text that they were able to secure a second pass for us. I was very grateful! The upstairs rooms were warm at night, and there is no air conditioning, but I turned on the fan, and you could bring up a fan from downstairs. I would imagine this would be a great location for winter as well, as it looks like it's ski-in ski-out. The place was clean and fit our party of five perfectly.

Great place and location
5/5 stars
Loved the size of the rental and all rooms. Living room on first floor was great for dinner and board games. Location was amazing even during the summer but would be great for ski season. Saw some black bears walking on the mountain, never a shortage of views.

Great family vacation
5/5 stars
The condo was in a prime location with a great ski vacation vibe. The shuttle was a big bonus for trips downtown. The ability to ski in for lunch and back out for a few more afternoon runs was great with the kids. A great time was had by all, thanks!

We had problems with the key the second day and had to wait outside the condo for about 45-60 minutes while someone came and took the key and left with it and then came back, then it worked. Several people had to use the bathroom and were cold so this was a bummer. Everything else seemed ok. I would recommend putting a larger bed in 1 or 2 of the rooms.
