The condo is a little dated but overall a very nice place to stay. Loved the beach view and having laundry and 2 bathrooms were very nice too. Beds were comfortable and the place was clean. Loved having ping pong, shuffleboard and bags a available for our teenager and the heated pool was never very busy. Great location within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Safe area and we love the sunsets from the balcony too. Property managers were very quick to respond. We will be back.

We spent 5 nights here. The view is amazing. The condo has everything you could need. We thought we had an issue with the fridge and I reached out to the company. They had a maintenance man on-site within two hours. Turns out there was nothing wrong but they were very responsive. Would rent this place again and again.

We had a great time staying at Sunset Beach in Treasure Island. The condo was very comfortable, 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom. The view of the gulf fantastic, sunsets every night from the balcony. The kitchen had everything you could need, the refrigerator had an ice maker, and there was a washer and dryer in the unit as well. There were two kinds of coffee makers, a cuisinart that took k cups and a drip maker (like a Mr. Coffee). One bedroom had a bathroom attached but it was small with limited counter space, the other bathroom was larger off the hall and had more space on the counter. We stayed 1 week. Towels and sheets and shampoo, and soap are not replenished but we had enough. There were 4 towels in each bathroom, 2 hand towels, but only 3 washcloths in each (I expected maybe 4). Blackout curtains in both bedrooms and regular curtains on the windows in the living room. My only suggestion would be to put some type of blinds on the kitchen window. It had a little window topper but nothing else and looked into another condo. Another very probably nit picky thing was no kleenex. It is a trend I've been noticing in a lot of VRBO's, but it was no problem to pick a box up. The pool is not large, but adequate and also heated. It is a shallow pool, the deepest end was 4 1/2 feet so no diving but very comfortable to float (there are provided tubes) and cool off. We had a car but there are restaurants and places to go that you can walk to. A trip to the Shake Shop is a must and if you head out to the beach and walk to the right (past where the sidewalk beach walkway ends) all along the beach, you will see a wooden boardwalk, take that and it will take you right up to the shake shop. You can also walk street side but we liked the beach walk. I think you will enjoy your stay here

We were extremely happy with the condo. Super clean. So many things already in the condo like beach towels, toys, chairs and coolers. (Not the yucky foam ones either). The laundry in the unit was especially wonderful for the family. Loved the view. We were extremely happy with it. Loved the location as well!

The place was clean with lots of room! The location was perfect for walking to nearby restaurants and John's Pass. The balcony was a favorite place for our morning coffee and watching the dolphins in the Gulf! We will be back!

My girlfriend and I stayed in 508 and it was the most pleasurable vacation I’ve ever been on. I have stayed in other condos previously but this Felt like home. The condo was very clean and had everything You needed, whether that be cooking Utensils or having to blow drying your hair. My friend and I loved to sit out on the Balcony watching the sunsets. We loved the heated pool. We also used the grill which was nice that we could grill our food. And when we didn’t feel like grilling or cooking our food we could walk a close distance to eat at one of the Many restaurants located in treasure Island. I can’t wait to stay again next year!

My friend and I stayed at this condo in November. The unit was very clean, comfortable and I loved the beachy decor. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook all of our meals in house, but that didn’t stop us from venturing out to some delicious restaurant’s that were in walking distance. The unit had a washer and dryer , which was nice. The building also had a great pool area and the pool was heated. My favorite part of out trip was watching sunsets from our private balcony. We will definitely be renting this unit again, next time we visit Treasure Island!

We spent pretty much the entire time on the beach or at the pool, and I have to say it was probably the most relaxing vacation that I can remember. Great location near whatever you need, and the condo was just what we were looking for. The bed is very comfortable, and the owners have done a great job keeping everything updated. Great stay. Hope to be back again soon.
