Best Spring Break on the River

We had the best start to Spring Break at Cation! We loved the beautiful decor and furniture, Kelly green blended with gold and woods. We enjoyed our full kitchen and also grilling burgers on the river's patio. We even had to stay an extra night due to our dog's request. She had a blast watching the ducks and deer. We will be back soon!

The villa had everything we needed, even beach chairs. The one negative is that the section of beach nearest Lagoon Villas is nonexistent at high tide because of beach erosion. In fact, there were sand bags in front of some of the houses and these were in a state of disrepair. Tattered pieces of the sandbags could be found buried in the sand.

We’ve stayed in Gulf Shores many times, and the Blue Goat is among my favorite houses we’ve rented. The location is perfect—easy beach access and an amazing dock on the lagoon! We reeled in dozens of fish, and kayaked around the lagoon. The house is a little dated, but well-stocked and had plenty of room for our group of 11. Will be back again!

The house is in an adorable "village" of local low country architecture. Everything we needed for a wonderful stay was included...nice well equipped kitchen, very comfortable beds, 3 tvs, games, and a delightful small screened porch for morning coffee. Communication was super. Even had a nice chat with a very hospitable neighbor! I could spend a week here again!!!

2 Cozy is Legit

We just finished our stay at Too Cozy and we loved it. The cabin was very nice and clean. The beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed time in the hot tub. The only suggestion I would have is maybe put in a full size mirror on back of bathroom or bedroom door for the ladies. We like to make sure we look presentable before stepping out on the town. Highly recommend.
