We really enjoyed our stay at this property. We like to return to this property every year during the same week. This year we noticed it seemed cleaner (better cleaning company?) and we noticed new furniture in the living room and I believe new curtains. additionally the mattress covers seemed new/clean. We had no issues during our stay.

Condo location and amenities were perfect and loved our stay and for sure would stay again. We have stayed at a lot of different places and if I had to give any feedback it would be more detailed instructions related to controlling the heat. Seemed like no matter what we did we were unable to lower the heat enough at night to keep the loft temperature cool.

We spent a week in one of the iTrip properties in Pagosa Springs. We had a few minor issues when we arrived, but these were taken care of in a matter of minutes by the iTrip team. Ayriana was especially responsive to our phone calls and texts.

Great Stay at HH Calm!!

This villa was cute, modern and clean. Love the decor! The grounds were beautiful. We were able to enjoy the swing looking out to the beach and even took a nap in the hammock. It was so relaxing and peaceful. Only recommendation would be to have a Keurig Coffee Maker. Thank you for having us!!

We had a group of 12 people and it was a great fit. Everyone had their own space and the common gathering space was perfect. Our only wish was that the bus stop was a bit closer, but other than that, it was an unforgettable stay.
