So far my stay has been just what I expected and what was advertised. Condo is very well laid out with updated furnishings, comfortable beds and nice bay view. The ac drain line backed up while here and the maintenance staff was here quickly to handle. The only negative is some elevator noise you can hear. Looking forward to the rest of my stay and would come back for sure.

The Oak Woods Cottage on Kiawah was the perfect location to enjoy all of the island. We would bike every morning to Captain Sam's Inlet to see the dolphins. Great communication from the rental company.

This is our 2nd time staying in a house managed by iTrip Charleston Beaches. They do a nice job, are well organized, and very efficient. The Opal House is a well appointed house with nice amenities. We had everything that we needed from meal prep and serving, to relaxing on the porches, and having movie night. We enjoyed our time and would not hesitate to stay again.

We had great time, walk few steps to be in the beach, kids had great fun and they didnt wanted to go back. Parking available on the home. We didnt use the pool this time, but in summer it could be great. We enjoyed watching sunrise all the days we stayed. Great place to relax. We would love to comeback.

We loved our stay at Turn of the River Condo at Folly Beach. The Condo was spacious and very clean. The view of the Folly River was excellent and it was a short walk into town. I would defend definitely stay here again.
