Tremendous place in a somewhat wooded neighborhood was quite a treat. The communication with iTrip was top notch, worked through the somewhat difficulties of finding the cottage, to getting free tickets to hop in/ hop off tour. All in all, great trip and would return in a flash.

Oak Tree Manor Review

We had a fantastic time at Oak Tree Manor. The amenities alone make it feel like you're staying with family. (Thanks for the starter kit, which provided a couple items we forgot!) If you're looking for a perfect launch pad for a Charleston trip, it's hard to find a better spot. We'll be back, there was too much of the city for us to cover in one trip!

Convenient walk to a nice beach. Clean, quiet, and comfortable. Good WiFi. Newly (nicely) remodeled, but both bathrooms are downstairs and the bedrooms are upstairs, which is not ideal. I'm still waiting for my itemized receipt since part of this stay was business and part personal (2 months after the first request.)

My husband and I are staying for our first anniversary. The condo is great! Very clean and nice! We love the location! Red tide is not great but that is beyond control. We’ve really enjoyed our stay!

The condo is close to everything, Publix, Walgreens, restaurants & the beach across the street. Plenty of room in the condo and a nice size kitchen. The beds in the 2nd bedroom made lots of noise when you rolled over or moved in the beds. They could use an update. Overall a good place to stay.
