Absolutely gorgeous stay. You can hear the roar of the waves throughout the house and are just a few steps away from the sand. The location of this property has gorgeous rocks perfect for photo opportunities. The area has amazing shops (Majik Beans, Havana's, etc.) within walking distance on or off the beach. Beautiful weekend!

Book this house! It is great for a big group with amazing open communal space and plenty of plates/forks/kitchen supplies to keep a large group fed and happy. Hosts were excellent communicators and very welcoming. And when they say across the street from the beach, it is quite literally true. 10/10 would book again.

We have visited Kiawah once or twice a year for the past 8 years. We can now say, we have found our favorite Condo and couldn't be happier! We felt as if we were staying in a boutique hotel in the tropics. Thank you Sarah and Steven for your attention to detail and great customer service.

Great trip. Wonderful house in a very convenient location. We frequently walked to Bonito Boathouse for a meal and walked to the beach for morning walks. We used our golf cart in the afternoon if we planned to bring chairs to the beach but it is certainly walkable. Everything went very smoothly!

I won’t even begin to be able to give this place a good enough review. This place is breathtaking! Beyond our expectations! I’d recommend it to everyone except for next year for the week we want it lol. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home. I had one request from maintenance and they came out right away and fixed us right up. We will definitely be back!
