Overall great....a few things. The refrigerator door needs to fixed, disappointed to see that as we walked in. Both Toilet paper roll holders are bent and rolls do not stay on. Master toilet not secured to the floor. Thought you might want to know.

We had a wonderful time. House was perfect for our large family. Great location for all ages - from 2yrs old to 20’s, 30’s, & 60’s. Home was exactly as described & pictured, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen. Highly recommend.

Spring Break at The Cottage

Just spent a perfect week at The Cottage On Park. Super cute place, equipped with nearly anything you could need and situated perfectly 1/2 mile from the shops/restaurants at Coligny and 5 min walk to the beach. The pool was clean and warm and outdoor shower was such a fun feature!! The house is cozy and adorably decorated - such a relaxing fun place to stay. We will be back for sure!! Emily

First time to HHI/sea pines. This property fit our needs perfectly. A quiet location but close to the beach club, harbor town and south beach whether walking or biking. Would recommend this place for sure as we loved the two different outside seating areas for relaxing.

Great condo in excellent location!

Everything was great about this condo. Beautiful views of Snowmass, and the location was excellent being right at the base of the mountain. We could ski across the bridge right up to the condo for lunch. There was plenty of room, and loved the high ceilings and loft area. Would definitely stay here again!
