I highly recommend this house. Pacific City has much to offer and Cape Kiwanda is a must see. The house was perfect for our stay and was well kept with everything you might need on a vacation. I really appreciate our hosts' attention to detail and excellent accomodations. Thank you!

Cabin is really nice, but they really need to get new mattresses. They are very outdated and uncomfortable. We also found a moldy cup of what looks to be milk under the bed. It has to have been there for a long time because it had not just mold but dust and spider webs. Other then that the cabin was great!

The location is excellent, and the cabin is as well! ITrip is a plus; it is a beautiful group of people to work with. I would recommend this place, My only recommendation is to have more kitchen silverware, plates, and wine glasses; the place is for ten people and needs more people if all people wants to eat together.

We took a girls family and friends trip to Gulf Shores which included a 6 month old, an 8 year old, a 17 year old and three adult women. The condo was clean and spacious and the location was perfect! Access to the pool and beach were easy and close! Getting to restaurants and shopping were so easy! We would stay here again!

The location was perfect. 4 king bedrooms and private bathrooms was a rare find. While they were small there was an ample amount of storage. The deck was huge with plenty of seating. There was also an outdoor area that allowed you to get out of sun. The AC worked great. The washer and dryer were great. Response time from itrip was prompt when I had questions. I would stay there again.
