Clean well kept gem in Palm Desert

This well kept property worked out perfectly for us. Close to golf and restaurants and the hot tub and pool worked beautifully. Nicole was easy to get ahold of and quickly answered all our questions. Unfortunately the bikes had flat tires and we were unable to find the pump, but a minor hiccup during a wonderful stay.

Upscale, safe and quiet

I stayed for 2 nights while attending a bridal shower. The location was perfect and a 2 minute drive to Starbucks. There were people staying next door in the duplex, but I never heard them. The unit is upscale, quiet and safe. I was very comfortable staying there alone.

The property clean as a pin. Location on the water super. Scott Carpenter is great to work with. Very professional. Looking forward to our remaining 12 day on Balboa Peradise. We have rented on Balboa for over 40 years and this one our houses.

Great unit, great location. We really liked the mountain queen. Pool was lovely and grill down at the pool was great. Two problems: 1. Too hot in the evening for comfortable sleeping. 2. Paid for one cleaning during our stay and never received it. Kim and others were awesome. Extremely responsive.

Our stay at San Felipe was wonderful. The cottage was clean, furnished with a full kitchen, and the perfect size for us. We enjoyed coffee and reading on the porch in the mornings. One of the best parts of our stay was being able to walk within minutes to any restaurant or attraction. Super close to all you need! Overall, great time.
