The hot tub on the deck was a huge hit with our kids. There was enough room for 4 families and the indoor/outdoor pool was a perfect depth for kids. The new appliances were a plus. As other reviewers have mentioned this unit is far from the parking garage so I recommend temporarily parking on the road near the balcony to load/unload stuff.

Excellent accommodations! The unit was very well maintained and the location of ski in/ski out allowed us to experience the magnificence of Colorado. Jason did an outstanding job of providing excellent directions regarding the location of the unit, where to park, the check in process and the check out process. Great experience all around.

Our family has stayed at this house for many years, this year for two weeks. Great house, recently renovated; and, great location - easy walk to beach and pool. 30A Shade makes it easy to rent daily beach chairs and umbrellas.

This was the best vacation ever. The place had EVERYTHING we hoped for and more. The Pool is nearby and the family really enjoyed it...a bit hot, so the pool felt great! We highly recommend and will tell all our friends and family! We WILL BE BACK! The management team was amazing! - Lizzy
