Love this location! Being on the Bay side yet easy access to beautiful sunsets on the Gulf! Even with so so weather and cool temperatures there is plenty of opportunity to be outdoors. Loved having the bike rental for our stay! Our rental was comfortable and plenty of room for 4 adults. The building is clean and residents are friendly. Having an exercise room is bonus bonus!

We enjoyed the stay at the Tyra Summit condo in Breckenridge and everything was nice. The kitchen was well stocked with all necessities and the updated appliances were nice. The only thing that we noticed was the seats on the toilets were loose. Again, we enjoyed the location and the condo.

Seeing the Sun Set from the bed is the best and the Sun Sets are spectacular. From the short path to the beach and the Broadwalk under the bridge everything is within walking distance - Publiks, Parks, restaurants and bars. The Penthouse is Pure Peace.

Cozy townhouse, well maintained property, the buildings kept in good condition ( were repainted in Sept 2021 ), excellent management, quick responds , friendly site staff , good amenities, privet beach, closed to shopping , food markets , restaurants , different beaches, snorkeling, if you are not planning to rent the car , you can get everywhere by bus , Bus stop is by resort.

If you have a large family and are looking for an escape destination. Look no further. This is it. The pool for the kids and ocean just a few step away makes this the best experience we have ever had in St. Augustine. The house was the perfect set up as well. Kids downstairs and adults upstairs.
