Indian Shores is just a 10-minute ride on the beach trolley to John's Pass Village, a large marina, shopping and dining complex that offers a variety of water sports rentals, casino boats and dolphin-watching or sunset cruises. Ten minutes to the north, you'll find another marina and a variety of shops and restaurants at Clearwater Beach, also home to the Clearwater Aquarium. This is the 3rd time I’ve stayed in this unit and it’s a great location. This time I noticed things were not as usual from our last visits. I know the condo has a new owner but I don’t know if that has anything to do with the TLC it needs. The curtains in the bedroom were hanging off the clips as well as mold on the bottom. The floors were dirty, balcony was unswept and had a bottle cap laying on the floor. The toilet wobbled when sitting in the master bath. The lights were burnt out in the fan above dining table. Also there was duct tape holding a lamp together. These were minor things but they need to be taken care of. Also the dryer doesn’t work keeps turning off saying you need to clean the lint catcher. Did that and still continues to turn off. Also we had to buy 2 beach chairs as the ones in the closet are terrible. We left them behind for future guests to use. Besides these things I love the condo and it has lots of potential but definitely needs TLC. Location is great, pool is immaculate. I will definitely stay in this complex again.

We absolutely loved our stay, Indian Shores is considered our second home. We have stayed in one of Kevins condos for the last three years and have never been disappointed. We will continue to come to Indian Shores every year and stay in one of Kevins condos!

We have stayed at 102 Waterview many times in the past, The owners are personal friends of ours and is also a client of mine. I actually helped pick out their new flooring. I have to tell you the truth… this brand new flooring was so dirty it turned my socks almost black…as though the flooring had not been moped in months not to mention the sand. When we ended our stay I left a note for the Itrip cleaning people to ask that they don’t let the next people coming in to this unit have the same experience we had. That being said, We love the location and ease to the beach, that’s why we’ve stayed so many times.

Things we loved- -location, Beach is not far. first floor is close to stairwell in parking, -extra big supplies in closet, -pool, grill Things that could be improved -linen-I think there was like six or seven towels for the whole unit. Not enough if four people shower daily - beds- you could sleep on them. But they are not what I would call comfortable- and squeak a lot -had minimal dishes. We counted three spoons. -cleanliness- found sand on the office futon, found black hair on the floor -remodel done but not everything- new floors new paint, however kitchen appliances very outdated, showers/ bath are old. I love the general building and the location however, for in order for me to stay here again I would have to see new mattresses and stocked better, and cleaning people doing a better job.

The condo we stayed at was very nice and spacious. Everything was clean and a great location. We had a water leak under the sink in one of the bathrooms and it was taken care of the very next day. Beach supplies were available for us to use. All around great place !!

Clean condo. The facilities were clean. The pool and pool area were cleaned daily. Warm pool and hot hottub. Access to the beach was easy. Beautiful beach. Beautiful sunsets. The condo had all the beach accessories that we needed. The owners were easy to communicate with. Average beds. Indian Shores is a great area! Lots of restaurants and things to do nearby the condo!

We are thoroughly enjoying our stay! Our daughter lives nearby so it was important for us to spend Christmas with her. We have stayed at several places along Gulf Blvd and for some reason I feel most relaxed and at home here at Waterview. Also our first Christmas being away from home. The unit is very well stocked. Our daughter has special meal requests and most everything we need is right here. Thank you for a wonderful Christmas away from home!

The condo was beautifully decorated and fully equipped for a perfect week at the beach, including beach towels, beach chairs, coolers, umbrellas, sand toys and a wagon to pull it across the street in. The kitchen is also equipped with everything you could possibly want. Conveniently located to dining and shopping. Cant wait to come again!

When we stopped on one bed there was sand and someone's hair. Not all TVs work; locks do not work well either. Two stars no longer pulls. From a good beach three minutes walk. The pool and jacuzzi are good, quiet hotel. True, the neighbors drilled half a day of the wall or ceiling. Last year, for this money they took 8 miles from here, the number is much better. In principle, if you don’t really find fault, it’s not bad.

We really enjoyed our vacation at this condo. The location is great It’s an easy walk to the beach. The pool is nice. Good restaurants nearby. The only issue was that there was a lot of noise due to construction. There was a local issue with a water main break and we got a very quick response when we noticed that there wasn’t any water. The issue was thankfully fixed quickly. I recommend this condo.

The place is nice and great location. But it is wednesday and the past 2 days including today they are during construction on the unit above us. Very loud and starts at 7am. We are on vacation and to have be woken up every morning to loud banging so early isnt fun!. Sounds like they are gonna fall through the ceiling above us.

There are a few things in this condo that should be touched up. However, it was clean and gave us all we needed for the stay. We did enjoy our stay. The dispointment was clearly nothing caused by you. The fact of Red Tide caused less animals to watch.
