Condo is just as pictured, was ready when we arrived. Seems very well equipped and comfy. Does need some TLC and updating, but everything basically worked and we weren't there to hang out in the condo anyway! Location is PERFECT!

The condo was very clean both inside & around the building. Loved having a specified parking spot. Great location across from John's Pass. The view was beautiful of the inter-coastal waters. Beaches are clean & the dolphins & manatees were a bonus. Can't wait to go back.

This was the first time since the pandemic started that we were able to get the family together. The place exceeded our expectations. We could keep our boat at the dock, swim in the pool, and enjoy the liana area. The house was a perfect size for 6 adults. The beach was only a 10 min walk too!

We rented the Hollis House for 2 weeks in February, 2021. It was our granddaughters 2nd birthday. Our daughter Emily had a small surprise get together at her apartment. We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful cottage in Carolina Beach. It had everything we needed including close access to the beach. The weather wasn’t so great but we still had an enjoyable time.

First time for us in this property. The unit is beautiful, nicely decorated, quality furniture and stocked with everything you could need. I am always critical of the cleaning - the unit was spotless. Our family totally enjoyed our week there and most likely will reserve it for next year.
