This was our first trip to St Augustine from Maryland. We loved the town, the house, the beach and pier. Houses location is great and very well equipped and comfortable. We really enjoyed the pier for fishing. I recommend bringing your own beach gear. Only minor issue is the restaurant Cafe 11 right behind the house had bands two of our four nights until at least 11pm.

The condo is exactly as it looks in the pictures. Is very comfortable. 5 streets away from Main Street. The pool was closed because of COVID. But the best is the service provided by the administrators. They responded immediately to any question that we had. The apartment did not had a blender, and as soon as I asked them, they brought a new one.

A perfect place!

We spent an extended weekend and totally loved it. Walking distance down to El Paseo, tennis courts and pool just outside the door. Nicole (Property Manager) was very responsive when we reached out. We had no issues what so ever during our stay. The house offer everything you need. We will be back, it is such a perfect place.

Wonderful stay. Place is very convenient to anything in St. Augustine. 10 minutes from the beach, 3 minutes from Walmart, and all the restaurants you could dream of is within a short drive. Greatly recommend this place to anyone. The only down fall is the pool isn’t heated. Other than that perfect for what we were looking for and more.

Great Winter Stay

Clean, comfortable and recently remodeled unit in the Avon Lodge. Great proximity to skiing with a short walk to the Westin Gondola to Beaver Creek/Bachelors Gulch. Building has three restaurants, liquor store, and ski rental shop. Main bus station to Vail and Beaver Creek village steps away. Great service by iMountain team. Recommend!
