Located in the middle of St Augustine. We walked to everything we needed. House was just big enough for all we needed. (2 people). Everything in the house worked. My only complaint is there were bugs in the house for a couple days. I notified itripvacations and they acknowledged my complaint. And I assumed someone was sent to inspect the house. Dispute the bugs, I would recommend

Outstanding details inside newly renovated rental

Amazing details in this house only 300 steps from the beach. Very close to Coligne with shopping, grocery store and restaurants. Lots of TVs and great wifi system. Was perfect for a golf trip and would definitely recommend for family looking to be near North Forest Beach.

My family had a lovely weekend stay at The Island. The condo was very clean, beds were all very comfortable, and iTrip Vacations was great to work. Check-in was easy (no contact), and we had a very nice welcome gift waiting for us. Wine, sparkling water and snacks. It was a very nice touch and we will be back.

Price was right for this condo easily accessible to the ski mountains and downtown park city by bus. Condo had everything we needed. Noise travels easily between condo above and the parking lot outside but other than that it was a comfortable stay!

We really enjoyed our week in PC which all started in this well appointed townhome! It had having we needed and was clean and comfortable! The location was wonderful for the best hiking & dining! We love Deer Valley and Park City and will be back to ski this coming winter!
