We can't speak too highly of this adorable cottage. It is well-equipped, and even since our last visit in July, the property managers have upgraded quite a few items and furniture. The deck is a lovely place to watch the pelicans, and the beach has been restored to its original beauty - wide-sweeping sand and a gentle surf. Thanks again for a great stay.

The property truly is better than appears in photos and location couldn’t be beat. I wish I could post some of the pics I captured as from a photography perspective the light is phenomenal and you can capture beautiful pics both within easy walking distance or short bike ride. The alligator who visited every morning and afternoon in back lagoon was a treat as well.

The guest house was very classy and deserves a five star rating. Although having the house on the property with the owners made for an awkward stay. The pop up visits were quite annoying and the WiFi was to slow to use. Other than those two things, the cottage is a great place to get away from the hustle and bustle of the big city and enjoy some quiet time.

Our first vacation in 7 years with just our 3 adult children and 1 grandson. The floor plan is perfect and plenty of space. The location was great. We loved having two pools and the beach so close to our unit. Some of the “extras”-washer and dryer, large covered porch , beach towels, chairs and toys available to use. We all agree we would definitely stay here again.

We hosted a couples trip here with 4 other couples and had a blast. The Penthouse was clean and accurate when it came to pictures. The hosts provided all the information I needed and I had no complaints. All the guests are definitely considering returning next year. Additionally, food and stores were close and it didn't take over 20 mins to drive to anything we needed.
