HAZARDOUS PRACTICES

No open flames ie. Candle burning is permitted on balconies or in the unit. Do not dismantle smoke detectors as they are there for your protection. Use the overhead stove fan when cooking to avoid accidental, activation of smoke detector alarm

FALSIFIED RESERVATION

any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of reservation deposit, damage deposit, and/or balance of rental payment.

UTILITIES

No compensation will be given for temporary outage of electricity, gas, water, cable, or telephone service. Outages will be reported immediately and all efforts will be made to have them restored as soon as possible. Please note that you may want to bring a calling card for placing long distance phone calls, as these are restricted.

ENTRY BY OWNER

Owner will provide renter with at least 24 hours notice of Owners intent to enter (except in the case of an emergency).

RULES AND REGULATIONS

1.    Tenant agrees to leave the premises and its contents in the same condition, neat and tidy, as Tenant found the premises to be upon move-in, normal wear and tear expected.
2.    All dishes are to be washed and all garbage removed from the premises and placed in outside receptacles. Please place trash bins in front of house for pickup.
3.    Close all blinds in all rooms.
4.    Furnishings are not to be removed from the premises for use outside or in other properties.
5.    "No pets" policy must be observed, when Pets are not allowed on premises.
6.    Smoking or vaping is not allowed in the unit.
7.    Reservations are not made by or for a minor, defined as any person under the age of twenty-five (25).
8.    Tenant and any guest of Tenant shall obey all laws of the state of Idaho, as well as local laws, at all times while they are on the premises. Failure to abide by the laws of Idaho or the above rules may cause tenant to be asked to vacate the premises and forfeit all rents and security/damage deposits.

HOLD HARMLESS

iTrip or the Owner, does not assume any liability for loss, damage or injury to persons or their personal property. Neither does owner accept any liability for any inconveniences, damage, loss or injury arising from any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas, cable service, electricity or plumbing, as well as due to weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of God, or other reasons beyond its control.

ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The undersigned Tenant, for himself/herself, his/her heirs, assignors, executors, and administrators, fully releases and discharges Owner from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, and causes of action by reason of any injury, loss of damage by whatever nature which has or have occurred, or may occur to the undersigned, or any of his/her guests as a result, or in connection with the occupancy of the premises and agrees to hold Owner free and harmless of any claim or suit arising there from. In any action concerning the rights, duties or liabilities of the parties to this agreement, their principals, agents, successors or assignees the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover any reasonable attorneys fees and costs. Owner reserves the right to terminate this Agreement upon their discretion at any time.

The house is in a great location and well stocked. The only reason I give it a 4 star review is because the master shower really needs a door. Water gets all over the floor.

This is a great place to stay. Everything was in order and clean. This is definitely a preference thing so this comment is more from an esthetics view. The furniture configuration in the living space could be reworked. The sectional is too close to the bar and the bar stools slowly shrink as you sit on them. A USB plug would also be useful by the desk in the little office area. Thank you for providing a home in such a great neighborhood. Easy access to everywhere we were needing to be, no more than 20 minutes in all directions.

Beautiful Boise Stay

"Twenty-Twenty" was exactly what we needed when bringing New York City and Richmond Virginia children and grandchildren to visit my actual hometown of Boise. First, the location is almost perfect, at the north end and base of Camelsback Park and the hills (with great walking and biking trails), on the entrance way up to Bogus Basin, super-easy walking to Hyde Park for cutesy restaurants, the well-restored neighborhood houses, and so-quick and easy drives (by car or bike) downtown (to the Capitol and museums) and to the Boise parks and river. And 15th Street is a major (read "Few lights or stop signs") local easy street corridor wherever you want to go. Second, the house, yard, and shed were about perfect for the 10 of us, including grandparents, parents, and children, ages 8-78. It is so cute and well maintained inside and out, a place where "everything works!" and about which you'll likely want to share photos. Very comfortable beds. The kitchen is simply but well furnished and stocked with basic dishware and utensils, pots & pans, etc. (But if you plan unusual cooking or baking, best to ask in advance). A big help (in summer sun) are the covered carport and the shaded "shed-carport" with outdoor table/chairs attached to the storage shed (where we put bikes). We picnicked comfortably in the beautiful backyard in the evening. Finally, to make clear, we found twenty-twenty to be very clean, not just in the middle of rooms, but the baseboards and inside cupboards clean, something extra we noticed and appreciate. Our host Darlene was terrific, welcoming and helpful as dates approached and questions arose. My wife and I have traveled extensively in the United States, lodgings of various types over the years. Twenty-twenty is among the very best, or possibly the best private rental so far, that we have enjoyed. We'd definitely stay there again.

The home was booked for a stay (traveling with family). It was very cute and convenient to many things like Hyde Park, Camel's Back Park, and provided easy travel to other locations in Boise. We did encounter an issue with the downstairs bathroom that the management company promptly acted upon. Would definitely consider renting this unit again.

We loved our stay at Twenty Twenty! It was just the perfect house for a family trip to celebrate my son’s graduation from BSU. Great location close to the shops and restaurants in adorable Hyde Park. A short drive to downtown Boise and the BSU campus. The house was nicely updated, well appointed, had comfy beds and plenty of space for our family to hang out and relax. Beautiful yard too! The hosts were wonderful to work with. Would definitely stay again. Highly recommend!

We traveled to Boise for a family wedding with our four kids, two of them are adults, and a 17 year old and 12 year old. The house worked for evenings in watching movies, everyone had their own space, and walking distance to so many great options. The house is clean and well cared for! Perfect family house or larger group! Don't miss Goody's , walking distance, super nice people, homemade ice cream, and candies!~

This place was wonderful for our family of 7. Modest sized house, but setup really well. Beds were comfortable, rooms were spacious. Good kitchen and the location was great for us as we headed up to Bogus Basin several days. We will definitely look to book this one when we are back in Boise.
