Perfect getaway!

This house is so cute and well-maintained. It’s tucked away on a quiet street just a few minutes from several beach access points and a lot of great restaurants. A huge plus was how well the kitchen was stocked with plates, utensils, even things like cooking oil and spices. We’ll definitely be staying here again!

The property was very clean and perfect for what we needed! When we arrived the code at the door didn’t work (due to the internet down). Steven responded immediately and got us in and fixed! The bottle of wine and cookies were a nice treat after driving all day. We enjoyed our stay!

Loved the location and all the supplies. Kitchen and living space perfect for family of 9 and beach walks. Plenty of dishwater and pots. Beach toys, chairs and wagon a great plus. Easy drive into Old St, Augustine.

Nice Condo Good Location.

All in all Unit 703 provides all the needs we were looking for. The only issues we had were with the sliding door to the balcony not having a good handle to open with. It was quite difficult with only finger holes. The other issue we had was the mattress in the bedroom. The springs are very worn and could use to be replaced. Very nice unit and view of the beach.

Kimball Lodge 305 is the perfect place to stay on Sanibel, which is like a visit to paradise. Access to and view of the beach couldn't get much better, with shops, restaurants and wildlife a short bike ride away. The condo is tastefully decorated and had everything we needed, including a cooler and other beach items. We recommend it highly and hope to stay here again on return trips to Sanibel.
