We've been vacationing in Charleston for 25+ years, staying on Folly for the last six. This Little Green Cottage offers a screened porch and deck overlooking the best view of the ocean. Old school, cozy and clean! Location is away from the bustle and noise of Main Street. Thoughtful welcome package was an added pleasure.

Our vacation here was as lovely as always. This is our 4th year in this unit and 5th year in the building. Everything is well maintained and well stocked. The view is incredible and ITrip is easy to deal with & helpful. Already booked for next year!

Absolutely fabulous locale with the ocean right outside the balcony, and view and furnishings. Surprisingly quiet too. There were SO many detailed Amenities, like coffee. paper towels, Lysol, Raid, placemats, broom, pool towels, kitchen stuff, etc. etc. that I didn’t expect! It was so restful and refreshing and delightful. Thank you.

We stayed as a group of five grown men, and the house was perfect size for us all. We greatly enjoyed the pool, and the home was short driving distance to many attractions in Gilbert. Overall, we had a fantastic trip, and the rental was exactly what we needed.

This was a great place for us to hang out while we worked remotely for the first part of our trip then played for the second part. The instructions were clear for getting here and checking in. Our only issue was that it appeared that no one had been in the house in quite a while before our stay so there was some dust on counters and surfaces. Other than that it was great!
