Guys annual ski trip - 4 beds (a bottom full and top single bunk bed, a master king bedroom, and a foldout couch), nice kitchen (need a few new pans due to flaking Teflon), nice dining area, and living room. Nice downstairs ski locker, underground parking, and several hot tubs + a heated pool. We plan to return soon.

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this charming well designed Charleston Beach House. The neighborhood is quiet and welcoming. The backyard is a place of rental and retreat. With a well thought out kitchen and a beautiful large dining table it makes family dinners a joy! Will definitely make this home on Forest Trail a home away from home for my family.

This is a very nice condo with a beautiful view and a great location! We had a wonderful time there. It has been renovated up to current levels of style and functionality. We did have a small issue of having to switch batteries around in the remote controls to get the dvd player to work…this is minor! A great place to stay!

This condo is very relaxing, great beach vibe, TV's in each room with balcony over looking the pool. The Kitchen and bathrooms are updated and very nice. Easy walk to Siesta Key Beach, and supper close to shopping and dining. The unit is in great shape and well maintained. Definitely going back for sure.

The rental itself was nicely setup. Plenty and I mean plenty of space. For the most part the rental has been updated and is stocked with what is needed in the kitchen. Location is perfect across the street from Johns Pass. The beach and the pool were great and the sunsets were definitely memorable. Also parking with 2 designated spots was perfect with people visiting.
