Love the St. Johns River. I could have sat on the back porch all day long. We fished and shrimped. The house looks like it was remodeled but not everything looked completed. Bring condiments because there weren't very many. Otherwise everything was great.

We enjoyed our time in this unit. Our Host Mandy was fantastic to work with. She was great…. This property is an older building so we didn’t expect it to be like new. And the price we paid to use it for the week was very good. If you looking for the “Ritz” this is not your place….but if you want a decent rental at a great price this is good.

We could not have been more pleased with the home. It was set up perfectly and had more than enough room for our family and our needs. Close enough to pools and beach for a walk to. And the hotel had warm water in a bunch of pools and hot tubs. So much to do in the area. I would definitely return and rent that home again.

Second great stay at Powder Pointe!

This was our second time staying at the Powder Pointe condo and we had a wonderful time! The bunk beds and new couch are a nice addition to the condo since our last time staying. One recommendation is to get shorter counter stools - they are too tall for an adult to sit comfortably at the counter and eat.

We had a great vacation. We went with another family and had plenty of room in the condo. This condo was just like in the picture. It was clean and really nice. We didn't have any problems at all during our stay. Romar Place is a nice complex. It is very close to restaurants and shopping centers. We really enjoyed our stay.
