Great value in a Prospector Square location

This is not the luxury of Deer Valley, but it fits our budget. Prospector square is a great location with shops, restaurants, and an excellent health club. The condo is adjacent to the Marriott, on the local bus route to the ski areas and Main Street. When the weather is good, we will opt to skip the bus and enjoy the walk to town.

We had a perfect stay! Every room was obsessively clean, and we appreciated having 3 full bathrooms for our girls trip. Every amenity we needed was at our fingertips, from having all kitchen utensils and gadgets we needed, to the comfy patio furniture and beach chairs. The quick 5 minute walk to the beach was super convenient. We will definitely be back!

We love this condo! Second time we have been in 408. Hosts were very quick to reply to any questions we had. Stayed two weeks and hope to do the same next year. Also very impressed with maintenance man for the Sea Breeze. He worked non stop to sweep sand from main areas (elevators, pool, and surrounding areas).

Lovely home and wonderful customer service. Everything was well maintained, clean and provided a fully equipped kitchen. I requested a vacuum and the local property manager brought one to us late evening. The views are beautiful. Loved the walk to and from town. Perfect family home and will be rebooking soon for our winter stay!

What a beautiful home! Loved being able to sit on the deck and watch the nightly sunsets. It is centrally located allowing for day trips in Massachusetts’s, New Hampshire, and Maine. Would love to return some day.
