Our Serenity home worked perfectly for us for our 3 week escape from the heat of Arizona. The AC worked perfectly; the home is very nice and clean with a beautiful yard. The service was top notch; they answered texts late into the night and took care of our every need.

My family and I had a great experience with this villa. In a great area and communication with agency was top notch. We did have a small issue with the trash not picked up (left from previous renters) but I shot out a text and within a day someone was out to empty the trash. Other than that everything was great for my family. Really appreciate the opportunity to rent this property.

Fantastic location right next to the beach. House was the perfect accommodation for 8 guests going to a wedding in Downtown Charleston. This place is a perfect spot for a beach getaway while being close to downtown. Highly recommend!

A terrific place to enjoy the weather and beautiful ocean views. The condo was like new and really clean (which is major for me). Contacted ITripVacations with several questions and they were very helpful. Would definitely recommend this little gem. Will definitely go back in the future.

Had a fantastic time on Folly Beach staying at the “Penthouse” unit 4. It held 10 people (4 couples, 2 singles) easily. Everyone had their own room. Porch has a great view of the ocean and it is less than a minute walk to the beach. Everything was very clean and extremely convenient. Small grocery/convenience store right next door, restaurants and bars all within few minutes walking distance.
