The condo was clean and inviting when we first arrived. There was a binder in plain site to refer to for activities, dining, and house rules. The outside was in need of a paint job but very comfortable inside.

We have been staying at Westgate for years, so we are very familiar with the resort and rooms. This condo was recently remodeled. Beds were comfortable and all was very clean. Location was ideal - right next to the marketplace and exit to the slopes. Really nice to have a full kitchen... Would definitely stay again and recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation at System Shutdown. The view from the house and the porches was amazing. The kitchen and laundry area were functional and made the stay easy. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and comfortable. Very convenient location to a variety of activities, restaurants, etc. Our teenagers enjoyed Fort Fisher, the boardwalk, and ice cream shops nearby.

Bramhall was perfect for our group, very clean upon arrival, beachfront, great ocean views, large decks for hanging out and it had plenty of space inside.  iTrip management was very responsive when we had questions.  I highly recommend them and we will be back to Bramhall By The Sea!  It was a great Kure Beach vacation.

The condo is in a perfect location, right in the heart of the town but not noisy. The interior was very dated and needs upgrading but the location was worth it. There is no hot tub as advertised. I would stay there again.
