Hello, Overall, my family enjoyed our stay and there was plenty of room for a family of 7. Hardwood floors on the first floor is convenient especially for small children. 1st floor bedroom was beneficial for the grandparents. There are a few updates needed. Overall, the home was clean and had a well stocked kitchen.

Pics on site appear much more lavish then actually is...furniture is dated, and 4 towels isn’t enough ...that being said I believe it was still a good value versus a hotel suite, lots of room, nice grounds, great location .

Perfect condo for a vacationing couple! It was clean and close to the beach. The restaurant next door added ambiance in the evening with beachy guitar music!! If we are ever back in Folly Beach we will definitely stay at one of Rocky's properties!

We really enjoyed staying at this condo. It was well kept, clean and very welcoming. Loved all the extra touches. Beach towels, extra bath, towels, laundry pods, beach chair. & small cooler. When we showed up the ac was on and it felt lovely. Wonderful communication with owner/manager. Always pleasant and super helpful. 5 star ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We stayed for 6 nights in #607. Although the weather was colder than we liked, the stay in Sunset Chateau was relaxing and wonderful. The condo was very clean and very comfortable. We loved the view and staying right on the beach. Beautiful sunsets from the balcony. The condo was very well equipped with everything we could need. Thank you for a wonderful holiday.
