Our family has stayed at 320 Pacific many times and we love it. It is in the perfect location for summer or winter. A short walk to the Gondola, and all of the activity in the Town of Telluride. Chris, who manages the property is very responsive and takes good care of us while we are in town. highly recomended

Negatives: No water pressure. The mattress was not comfortable. The furnished kitchen did not have basic mixing bowls or baking dishes making it difficult to cook basic meals. Positives: The view was amazing. It was decorated nicely and a great big tv!

great time on Deer Blvd.

We had extended family in two houses on Deer Blvd. in Avon. It was perfect for us. We were well set up with everything (except a small ax to make kindling) and thoroughly enjoyed the ambiance, the views, and the proximity to everything. So glad we got this place. Perfect for our needs. Hope to go back in other seasons as well.

Great property in a central location. Recently stayed in this property with my family of 5. There was plenty of space and a great family room for all of us to gather. The location was quick walk or drive to great restaurants and central for all the sites we visited. I would highly recommend this property and would stay again when we are in Portland.

This 2 br condo worked very well for our family of 5. The condo is 100 yards from the gondola with ski valet. Inside the condo was spacious and well furnished and well stocked. The lockout doors were a little bulky but not a big problem.
