The home is exceptional with beautiful views as well as offering a short walk to the beach. Perfect vacation home. Scott, the property manager, was quick to respond as well as troubleshoot the icemaker which had recently been repaired but not activated. Having a property manager so committed to the occupants experience was refreshing. We will definitely use his services in the future.

We stayed here for the month of February 2022. The accommodations were nice, but could use some updates. We were quite comfortable and the condo was nicely outfitted with towels, linens, and kitchen items, Communication with iTrip was straightforward and they were quite responsive. Overall it was a nice stay; we would stay here again.

Great 4 bed 4 bath home with views of the marsh and water. Perfect for multiple families, and great free benefits thrown in. Pool and golf are walkable, and downtown Bethany is 15-25 minute drive depending on traffic.

Our family of 4 really enjoyed staying at this condo. It was clean and enough space and plenty of amenities for everything we needed. The balcony view was gorgeous, I enjoyed watching manatees splash in the water. Great location, near John's Pass, we actually walked to John's Pass from the beach across the street with kids. Overall a very pleasant experience, we would stay here again.

The property was very clean and well equipped. The layout was very spacious. The outside space was good. We were concerned about being on the golf course but it was quiet and relaxing. No balls ended up in the pool or patio. Management was prompt in answering any question. The sofa was uncomfortable but the beds were good.
