Flip and Matt were wonderful to work with and very responsive! The home was clean and we loved our stay there @ shipyard in HHI I would definitely recommend the home and the itrip folks!!! We are highly satisfied with the entire package!!!!

We enjoyed our stay in Cape Coral very much. We had never been to this town or area and found it better than expected. Flying into Punta Gorda was easy and our “home” was easy to get to. The community had much to offer and was pedestrian friendly, which as a walker, I appreciated. The pool and lanai area which looked out of the sliders and onto the canal…lovely. We will be back. God bless.

Seeing the Sun Set from the bed is the best and the Sun Sets are spectacular. From the short path to the beach and the Broadwalk under the bridge everything is within walking distance - Publiks, Parks, restaurants and bars. The Penthouse is Pure Peace.

This rental went above and beyond our expectations! They thought of everything you could want or need! Lake is beautiful, water was a bit chilly, but we brought a wave runner and was determined to get out on the Lake! No Regrets :) Thanks again for a wonderful stay in a beautiful area.

I could give the condo 305, 5 stars, comfortable and well equipped. Comfortably furnished. I would have to give Madiera Bay Resort only 3 stars. Other than the pool area there is no place to sit outside. The pool area is stark with no plantings. No BBQ grill. A ladder into the intercoastal would be nice fir kayakers.
