Our condo was perfect! Everything went so smooth, no issues at check in. Itrip even checked in with us to make sure all was well. The condo was beautiful, and had everything we needed. The entire property was awesome Highly recommend using them for your trip. Will return very soon.

Olivia Manor Seal suite was a beautiful place to stay. Suite was perfect for myself, husband, adult daughter and 2 dogs. Beautiful view and great location. Short walk to parks, shops etc. Nice to sit outside and watch and listen to ocean. Never got the chance to use the hot tub, but I know that would of made it more amazing. Would definitely come back! Thanks for the great anniversary trip!

The condo was well stocked. Even had beach chairs and an umbrella and beach towels. The unit had nice furniture , plenty of towels. We had a great view of the ocean, it was just across the street. Many things close by to venture out to see. My son got married on the beach, it was beautiful. Really nice area.

We had a group of 10 in Charleston for a bachelorette weekend. What a great place to stay! The house was very comfortable for 10 of us! Plenty of room, clean and so close to the beach, downtown and Shem Creek which were all in our plans for a great weekend! Everything we needed was right there. We had a great time and will definitely be coming back to stay ar The Gathering Place!

We stayed in Romar Towers 4b and were very pleased. The room was very clean, updated and had everything we needed. The building is very well kept and not as crowded as the surrounding condos. Would definitely stay here again.
