A wonderful stay

We and our adult children, a total of three couples, stayed at unit 20. The condo is located high on a hill so there is a nice view of the mountains. The space in the condo is well designed so it fits three couple really well. The place is well stocked and clean. We had a wonderful stay.

Our family had a great time staying at 34 Pier Point Dr. The accommodations were perfect - three level townhome with 4 bedrooms offered lots of places to sleep. The kitchen was nicely stocked with pots, pans, dishes, etc. The location was wonderful - a few steps from the pool and just a quick drive to shops, restaurants and the beach. I would definitely recommend!

What an amazing view. The view and location were perfect to explore LA, Hollywood and Santa Monica. The space has the amenities we needed and our on sight host was wonderful. While parking appears tough it’s much easier than it looks.

Bedrooms and bathroom(s) on 2nd floor. Would be a issue with anyone with a mobility problem. Read all the comments about the parking. Not reading carefully I had the impression that available parking was .1 mile away (free). Turns out that is outside of the season.

Perfect Stay for TCU Visit

We had a great time again at the Roger's House. It's great to be able to have the kids stop by, sit on porch and connect prior to heading out to a baseball game, dinner, etc. Much better than a hotel, very nice house on nice block and close to all the TCU attractions. We look forward to coming back! Mike
