The Summer Ridge Condo was amazing. It had everything we needed. My wife and I shared our 26th anniversary here and it was quite the luxurious stay. I would highly recommend to all and hope I have the privilege of returning soon. Thank you Mat and Penni!

We stayed in this unit for the second time and will gladly do so again in the future. Great view of the ocean and sunsets from the room and balcony and everything was in working order. Also appreciated the boogie boards, beach chairs and umbrella. We had noted a couple minor issues during our last visit and they were both repaired! Can’t go wrong with this unit.

Perfect little apartments for 4 adults and 2 children. Beach view from the balcony and access to the beach across the street. Pool was secluded and not busy while we were there! Very clean, modern decorations and updated appliances. We had one problem (missing sheets for the hideaway bed), but when I contacted customer service, they had a housekeeper come right over! Great weekend!

We couldn't have been happier with our stay here. Dori went above and beyond to make sure we had an incredible experience. Knowing that winter in the mountains can get a bit dry, I asked if she might have a humidifier on hand at the house... when we showed up, there was one ready to go in each room. Truly wonderful across the board. Thank you!!

Nice Condo, clean and convenient

Nice location convenient to get around. If you want to do things other than the beach, a car is needed. Very well stocked kitchen . Everything worked. Very happy to see the toys, boogie boards and beach chairs! The bunk bed room is small with no closet, but it worked for us! Only complaint was that the TV in the bunk room did not have internet or cable working.
