The condo is in a very nice resort. The walk to the beach is very simple, and having the beach chairs and umbrellas was especially nice. The beach area was so beautiful - we witnessed a wedding one evening! The pool wasn't too crowded. The condo was clean and well-kept. One minor issue we had was quickly resolved. We would love to stay here again.

Condo has magnificent view. Condo could use table lamps in living room. Mirrors in bedrooms. Better lighting over kitchen table. Very bright mornings in master bedroom. Could use blinds. Has Comfortable beds. Plenty beach toys. Comfortable furniture. Property manager -on site- was prompt and very personable. Eager to help.

Our family enjoyed our stay at Ruff Tide! We were very impressed by the cleanliness of the home. The beds were all comfortable as well. Looking forwarding to visiting in the summer so we can enjoy the pool and backyard!

We thoroughly enjoy our stay each year at this condo unit. We are situated so close to the water that some days we don't even go on the sandy beach, but just sit on the condo balcony and listen to the water and waves hit the shore. It is so pleasant and provides such calm and relaxing feelings. The condo is also situated so that we have easy access to many local activities.

We really enjoyed our trip to Folly Beach. The condo was very clean and was in a great location. We were steps from the beach and steps from all the best restaurants and bars. Even though the condo is located in downtown Folly, we didn't have any issues with noise. We'd love to come back to Folly and stay here again!
