Overall this is a comfortable home to stay in and right next to the Breckenridge resort. The location provided a short, five minute walk to Main Street and all of the shops and restaurants. While it isn’t a ski-in or ski-out location, the shuttle is 40 yards away from the front door. Very convenient. All amenities worked well and we enjoyed our vacation skiing at Breckenridge.

This was our 2nd visit to this property and once again it did not disappoint. My family absolutely loves Ocean Pines community and the property is very homey. Love the location, how quiet and serene it is. The feel of being in the mountains and minutes away from the beach. Highly recommended.

This house was amazing. Beautiful and stocked with everything needed plus some! We especially enjoyed all the books to read and games for the kids! The views were gorgeous. Two decks to sit outside. Had a few questions and Jason's response was immediate. Jason went out of his way to make sure our trip was perfect. Would highly recommend.

I stayed with my family - 4 kids and wife - for a week at this property. Everything was great for a wonderful spring ski session. Awesome and spacious house layout, well stocked kitchen, nice amenities (hot tub close by), and easy access to Snowmass with shuttle pickup at property. Great communication from property manager. Highly recommend.

We loved this unit and also loved the resort! It has everything you need for a relaxing time. Ordered groceries from Walmart- close by- which was great! Only downsize is unit is 3rd floor but who doesn’t need more exercise anyway! Will stay here again.
