The 2 bedroom condo is fabulous. It is spacious, the beds are very comfortable and we really enjoyed the balcony right at the pool. Would definitely recommend staying here! Felt like home. Be aware of $44 resort fee.

Wonderful trip

My Mom and I had such a wonderful time at this condo. Very quiet complex which was appreciated for RnR. Exceptionally clean and well presented place. A lot of thought has gone into the design and aesthetics (as seen in photos). Well equipped and thought out. While we didn’t cook, the kitchen looked like it had what would be needed for meal prep. Will return!

We were in the area visiting our son at Boarding School. This Black Bear condo provided a very home-away-from-home environment for us. Because of the fully stocked kitchen (housewares, not food), I was able to prepare home-cooked meals for our boy and really reconnect as a family. Did I mention the jacuzzi?? After a long day of river rafting, the units personal jacuzzi was a big hit as well!
