Welcome to Beachside 10!

This beautifully decorated beachfront condo has two bedrooms, two baths, and the most amazing views of the Gulf from its balcony! Not only do you have the views for days from the balcony, imagine waking up every morning to these stunning views of the Emerald Coast from your private master suite! The master bedroom has a king bed, it's own private bathroom and access to the units private balcony. There is an additional guest bedroom located towards the front of the condo, which has 2 full sized beds. The units private beach access is literally only steps away! The condo complex also has a great community pool to cool off in after a long day at the beach. Just one trip to Beachside unit #10, and you will know you have found your annual vacation destination.

Each reservation of this property includes a credit that can be used towards beach gear rentals and services at Vacayzen! This includes bikes, beach bonfires, tours/experiences, and much more!

SUGGESTED ITEMS TO BRING Beach towels, beach chairs, sunscreen, sunglasses, bug spray, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher detergent, laundry soap, bath soap, bicycles, rafts, coffee filters, antiseptic, flashlights, and beach toys.

Starter Amenity Package:

All guests are provided with an "amenity starter kit," which includes an initial supply of bath soap, conditioning shampoo, shower gel, dishwasher pods ( x2) toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, laundry pods (X2), and trash bags. These items are provided for your convenience and are intended to get you through your first 24-48 hours.

I appreciated that the unit was available an hour before the 4:00 check-in. The unit was quiet and the property was peaceful. There were bugs in the kitchen and the dishwasher did not drain properly. This was communicated to the phone number as requested with no response. The unit appears to be in the process of updating. The balcony view was stunning and beach access was easy. Or family enjoyed dining throughout 30A and did not have a bad meal (North Beach Social, Local Catch, Blue Mountain Bakery, Great Southern Cafe, Old Florida Fish House). Enjoyed walking to Puma Organic Cafe and the Surfing Deer intersection. We look forward to visiting this area again!

Beachside condos are in the perfect location along 30A. Very casual and relaxed, not nearly as crowded as neighboring Seaside or Rosemary Beach. Unit 10 is simple but accommodating. Beautiful balcony view directly on the beach. The kitchen has most anything you would need, the beds are comfortable, and the appliances are all in working order. There are also beach chairs in the closet. In addition, people leave their extra beach supplies under the stairs so others can use them when they are done. This is an older building with no elevator, but has been maintained well. Our family of 4 was happy with this choice and would definitely choose it again.

Absolutely not fancy, but we were happy not to pay for anything grand. The view from the deck is very nice and entertaining (people, boat, and wildlife watching). The air conditioner worked very effectively. We had no issues with our stay.

The condo was very much in need of an update. The main two things in its favor was the excellent location on 30-A and the fantastic view of the gulf from he balcony. We did experience major outages with the internet, at times it was down for hours at a time. After much frustration I did contact i/Trip and they quickly arranged for the cable company to check it out. The MediaCom tech was essentially worthless. I figured out the issue myself. It appeared that the owner's router was faulty. Since I did not have access to it because it was in a locked closet, I reset it by tripping the circuit breaker. Everytime I did that, the internet would work again. We did have a few other issues, but both Kathy and Karen responded almost immediately to our concerns and took care of them , I can't say enough good about the iTrip hosts!

We enjoyed everything about this property. Everything we needed was provided. Everything was clean and in good condition. We were steps from the beach. The weather was perfect so we were able to open the window and listen to the waves all the time we were in the condo. Would definitely recommend this property to family and friends!

This condo was ok, but I wouldn’t book again. It could use some updates and a deep clean. The master shower had terrible drainage issues- leaving you standing in inches of water as you showered. The dishwasher had standing dirty water in the base when we arrived but they did promptly send out maintenance to fix the issue. Additionally, to get a good spot on the beach, we had to get up by 5:30am. The beach rental company comes out by 6am and puts their chairs/umbrellas all down the beach. I add this because I would’ve appreciated knowing this when booking a condo.

The shower drain has been fixed, there is a brand new couch, we have renovated one of the bedrooms with brand new full mattresses and beds to sleep more guests, and we are continually working to improve and update to keep this condo the best vacation spot around! The condo needs some work done on it. Bathrooms need a facelift, kitchen could be updated as well (the stove had seen better days). When it rained both the window and outside door in the master bedroom leaked…I spent a lot of time cleaning up water on the floor. Taping together your curtain rods and curtains that do not close are small things that can make a big difference. Parking was a huge issue on Friday as many of the local surfers decided it was a free place to park and head to the beach….irritating to say the least. No handicap parking available. For the money I would not rent this property again.

Very clean great location. There were a few bugs outside that got in and probably could be rid by spraying but they were not a real problem. One suggestion is to make designated parking spots. We would leave and someone would get our spot making us park around on the other side of our unit. Overall I would recommend and stay again

We loved this condo. Super cute decor and great views with easy access to beach. Only issue we had was the drying has some grease of some sort that came off on several of our clothes during drying. Ruined two of my husbands shirts and a few of my sons. Needs to be services and cleaned asap. Also, make sure you bring your own pots and pans if you plan to cook a lot. Not much provided in condo. Otherwise our stay was wonderful!!

We loved our condo on 30A. Beach is not crowded and beautiful. Plenty of restaurants and stores within walking/bicycling distance. There is no elevator is the only thing we didn’t have, but really enjoyed the condo!!!
