Great spot to relax!

Love the location and being slightly set back from the beach. As stated in other reviews, the furniture is dated but everything was in great working order and VERY clean. No issues with anything while we were there. Close to so many great places and the beach was beautiful!

This house was as advertised. We loved the fact it was a one family house and not a condo. The people was great to deal with and stayed in contact with me about everything. Would recommend this to any family looking for a beach vacation!

Wonderful rental

We have been to Beaver Creek several times, and this has been our place so far. Clean, well maintained and stocked, and communication was always super easy and prompt. True ski-in/ski-out with a wonderful locker room downstairs. We always used the Village Connect shuttle to take us to the village, and it was very convenient. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We enjoyed our stay and would recommend to family and friends. Everything about the house shows the owner cares. We particularly enjoyed the updated and stocked kitchen as well as the private hot tub. Having a fenced in yard for the dog to run around in was huge bonus.

We loved the place, it was clean and had everything we needed. It was nice having the beach cart there and our kids loved the boogie boards that were there. The condo was a very short walk to the beach, maybe a 5 min walk. The view was incredible. The only negative was the beds, they were very hard and uncomfortable. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and will definitely be planning another trip.
