Beautiful condo

We loved the condo! It is a beautiful place to stay with everything you need to make a stay very comfortable. We were impressed by how clean and neat it was. The walk to the beach is very short and the beach chairs here made it nice. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants beach access and proximity to St. Augustine shopping and attractions. We hope to come back next year!

To be honest, the road to the home had us worried it was washed out and very bumpy (to be expected after the weather you had). Once at the house everything was as it should be, a few minor issues but I report those right away and attached pictures. Pool and Hot tub were a big hit with our kids, outside space was great. I would recommend this home to others staying in the Fort Myers area 100%.

Mermaid’s Folly was the perfect home for our family trip of 4 adults. The home was very comfortable and welcoming. There was room for us to spread out and have our own space as well as all be together. We enjoyed the short walk to breakfast and the beach. We enjoyed our mornings and evenings at Folly Beach and our days in Charleston, the best of both!

It would have been nice to have a larger coffee pot, more toilet paper, and a cooler pool. Overall it was a great stay with comfortable beds and a great location especially getting to the baseball game. Would definitely come again to this condo and would suggest to friends.

All in all good stay. Front bedroom was not the best uncomfortable mattress and AC issues. We were use to having Beach towels available and daily chair set up on beach. Might consider including to make stay less stressful.
