The house was beautiful and a great location! The house was very clean and had everything we needed and loved having the ease of a keypad to get into the house instead of picking up and dropping off keys. My family will definitely want to stay there again!

This condo is very conveniently located to the beach - just a short walk away. The owner has beach chairs, a wagon, canopy and other items to take with you along with bikes and other recreational items to use during your stay. The condo itself is about 20 minutes away from the historic part of St. Augustine. There are a few items that need attention but overall it is a nice location.

We had the most amazing Thanksgiving vacation are this property! Everything we needed for an unforgettable family vacation! The kitchen had everything needed to prepare our Thanksgiving meal. The location was PERFECT, the kids had endless hours of fun playing in the snow in the “open” backyard! We will definitely be staying here for future Thanksgiving holidays!

We loved our stay at Polynesian Gardens. The unit is decorated like a true beach house - chairs, towels, umbrella provided. the beds are very comfortable. Kitchen fully equipped. Outdoor patio/bbq were wonderful. We would def stay again.

Great location for ski school and access to the main lift in Park City. Not too far from the downtown area. Spacious condo big enough for 2 or 3 families (average 2 kids or less). Fun 1970s architecture/style t hat is still in place. Very attentive hosts if you have questions or concerns.
