AGREEMENT
Whistler iTrip Vacation Properties (WPVP) the Agent of the Owners, and Tenant agree as
follows: Above Tenant is at least twenty-five (25) years of age (an "adult"), or approval of
tenants age has been met by WPVP. In addition to Tenant, other authorized occupants may be
family members or friends of Tenant. Use of the premises will be denied to persons not falling
within the foregoing categories.
RESERVATION DEPOSIT
A deposit totaling 35% of the agreed upon total amount is due with acceptance of rental
agreement. Payment of deposit shall be deemed as acceptance of this rental agreement. Payment
may be made by major credit card service offered by WPVP at time of reservation. We accept
VISA or MASTERCARD.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT
The minimum amount of the damage deposit is $500 and may be increased at management's
discretion. The damage deposit is taken at time of key pick up from our central reservations
front desk in Whistler. This will be a credit pre-auth hold on your card, then the hold is released
upon 10 days of your departure.
BALANCE PAYMENT
The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival date. You will get an email reminder
with a link to pay online, however you can pay earlier by logging onto your
reservation on our itrip websiteand using your email address as the log in name.
**AIRBNB guests pay based on the Airbnb schedule as they handle all payment**
CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event that you must cancel your reservation, please be aware that cancellations must occur
at least 30 days prior to arrival for a full refund. There will be no
refund for early departure. Some exceptions will be considered.
HOUSEKEEPING
There is no daily maid service. Linens and towels are included and are not to be taken from the
property.
KEYS
  1. Whistler Village and surrounding homes - keys will be picked up at Whistler Reception Services located at 4314 Main Street in Whistler
  2. For Glacier Lodge unit arrivals:  you will check in directly at Glacier Lodge - 4573 Chateau Blvd, Whistler, BC V8E 0Z5
  3. For Creekside units you will receive an email with Remote check in instructions by noon on check in day.
NONSMOKING
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside..
RULES AND REGULATIONS
1. Tenant agrees to leave the premises and its contents in the same condition, neat and tidy,
as Tenant found the premises to be upon move-in, normal wear and tear expected.
2. Beds that were used should be left UN-MADE so cleaning staff can change all linens and make beds. Towels should be left in pile in bathroom.
3. All dishes are to be washed and all garbage removed from the premises.
4. Close all blinds in all rooms.
5. The maximum number of overnight occupants shall not exceed advertised capacity of the property, not including a child in a crib.
6. Furnishings are not to be removed from the premises for use outside or in other
properties.
7. Smoking is not allowed inside the property, decks or common areas of properties.
8. Reservations are not made by or for a minor, defined as any person under the age of
twenty-five (25)…unless authorized by management.

HOLD HARMLESS,WPVP, iTrip or the Owner, do not assume any liability for loss, damage or injury to persons or their personal property. Neither does owner accept any liability for any inconveniences, damage, loss or injury arising from any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas, cable
service, electricity or plumbing, as well as due to weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of
God, or other reasons beyond its control. Refund to cover the expense or make other arrangement for payment if the deposit has already been refunded.

Townhouse was great. Easy access to Whistler and Blackcomb (free shuttle). Inside was well equipped- everything you need was available. Very clean, tidy and modern and comfortable. Instructions on working the stovetop would be helpful….

This three bedroom three bath condo is amazing. It is spacious, clean, beautifully decorated. The beds are comfortable, the fireplace is lovely, there is free parking and the location is perfect. It’s an easy 10 minute walk to the Blackcomb gondola or a five minute walk to the trails at lost Lake. We will definitely be returning to this condo

Our accommodations were perfect for our family. (4 adults and 2 children) It was cozy, nicely decorated , quiet and close proximity to the village. Easy access to trails and close to Lost Lake. We always enjoy our time at Whistler and would highly recommend this place.

Cozy Tastefully Decorated Home

Nice quiet cozy townhouse at the end of Blackcomb Village. Beautifully renovated, tastefully decorated and super cozy. Spearhead Trail close by that you could bike or walk to Lost Lake. Was quite the walk to Whistler Village, but we found a short cut behind the four seasons that cut a sliver off our strolling time, but make sure you leave with everything you need as you don’t want to forget a sweater as it’s a long way back! There is no a/c so front bedrooms got quite hot even if we kept the drapes closed and fans on all day. Parking was a little snug…glad we decided not to bring our F350 as there is no way it would have fit! Unit was equipped with mostly all we needed. One thing I would suggest is they provide coffee filters or a reusable filter for the coffee maker. We brought our own coffee, but are used to rentals providing filters so we ended up using paper towels. Also, bring your own spices including salt and pepper, sugar etc. as there wasn’t any of those things there. Other than those small things we enjoyed our stay very much!

We had a great day at this condo where we met with some of our friends and spent five days skiing. Easy access to blackcomb gondola on a trail and we could ski back To the condo on a different trail. The condo is beautiful And well stocked. we had a great stay.

Ski in - ski out

We stayed at Forest Trail 15 last week, and loved it. We skied every day, and it is an easy 5 minute glide down to Blackcomb base. You can also ski to the door from Blackcomb, but have to take skis off to cross the road. The unit itself is nice and clean, and comfortable for 3 couples. The garage is tight but fits a regular SUV no problem. If you have a larger pickup truck, there is plenty of guest parking outside.

We were a group of 6 and felt there was ample room with the exception of the kitchen. I personally found the temperature just right but other people in our group found it never quite warmed up enough. The king size bed was super comfy and they responded promptly when we told them the fireplace was not working. Parking for large vehicles was very challenging-- we had 2 trucks (Sierra and RAM 1500)-- but we lucked out.

We were moved to this property by the manager due to issues with the one we booked. It was located in a quiet area and close enough to walk to the centre and Lost Lake in 5-10 minutes. Single car garage designated to the property adjacent to the main floor for our bikes and paddle boards was ideal. There is additional parking for the actual vehicles out front. Spacious enough for our family of 5 and dog. The addition of some additional stand fans would be nice for each bedroom as it was a bit stifling. But despite the heat outside, the interior stayed fairly comfortable during the day. Generally a clean property but I can be very picky. Overall happy with the stay. Bob the property manager was very helpful and we were impressed with the customer service we received.

Quiet but central Location

This is the first time we have stayed at Forrest Trail this year due to travel restrictions, but we stayed there several times in the last couple years. Location is perfect, with a 5 minute walk to Blackcomb base and easy access to the Village. For golfers it is less than 300 meters walk to Chateau Whistler Golf Club. Forrest Trail is a quiet complex, so no issue having windows open at night for fresh air. The unit is great for 6-7 people, but can also sleep more downstairs. Garage is tight fit for a larger car, but there is plenty of parking within the complex. Even with a car in the garage, you can still hang several bikes on the walls, now that the bike park has opened for the season!!

Spectacular Location

We had the pleasure of spending part of the ski season at Forest Trails 15. The location could not be beat! You are a very short walk/ski from the gondola or a brief shuttle. The unit itself has large bedrooms and comfortable beds. The kitchen is well-stocked with all your basics along with sharp knives and quality pots and pans (a rarity in a rental). The attached garage is super convenient, although you barely need a car once you arrive as you can easily walk everywhere. We would highly recommend Forest Trails 15 for your visit to Whistler!

The unit was good. It was clean and welcoming. Some attention to small details would have made this a five star review. First we were six people yet there were only 5 chairs at the dining table. Second, the door in the en-suite bath would get stuck by rubbing on the floor. This is a ten minute job for a handyman and would prevent guests from banging into a stiuck door during a bathroom run. Third, the dishwasher soap was almost empty meaning we basically ran out after one day which is a problem when you are expected to run the machine for check out. Also, for a large suite that requires some work to check out (dishwasher, garbage taken out), an 11am check out would be nice. One huge bonus, the property included parking in a garage and a visitor spot. That was great.

The unit was large enough for 5 of us to fit comfortably. It was close to the Blackcomb Gondola (less than 10 minute walk) and was very cozy. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a meal. The shuttle system was also quick if we wanted to go to the main town or it was also a 15 minute walk. We would love to stay here again for our next trip to Whistler!

We had an amazing weekend staying at Forest Trail unit 15. The townhouse is spacious and clean, with an excellent location. It is only a 5 min walk down to the base of Blackcomb through the trails. Having the garage with direct access to the house was another benefit. The kitchen is well stocked, although being 4 guys on a golf weekend it didn't get much use other than for ice-cubes... We are already planning our trip for next summer, and hope to be able to book the same unit then!
