The family and I had a wonderful stay at Too Cozy. The cabin was clean, and comfy. Perfect quiet escape from the hustle and bustle of the downtown area! We enjoyed using the hot tub, grilling out on the clean gas grill, and the kids were happy to have wifi and cable! They even supplied the dog food/water bowls for our small dog. We would absolutely recommend staying here to family and friends!

A beautiful 3 bedroom home with everything you need to enjoy a family vacation. Convenient 5 minute walk to the private beach and a pool within 3 minutes. The rooms are beautiful and clean. Balconies in almost every room gives you the ability to enjoy the morning son without leaving your place. We would love to come back!

This Villa is just beautiful and so comfortable. It was very clean. The kitchen was well equipped with all our needs for cooking a big breakfast or any meal. It is bright and airy and has that beach feel with bright sunny colors. Being steps from the beach and pool makes it very convenient. I will definitely be back.

This was our 3rd stay in the flamingo house and we enjoyed it just like all the other times. We find this home very conveinent and relaxing and close to everything we like to do. The condo was in close walking distance to Vail Village and near bus stop for Lions Head. It was comfortable with a nice kitchen, comfortable beds, working TVs and good couch and fireplace. It had close underground parking.
