Great lovation but house is very dated. You can see this from the pictures. When we arrived the house was still being cleaned so we waited outside for 30 minutes. When we entered the house there were blankets in the washing machine and dryer running. We finished the laundry for the cleaner but not what you expect to have to do. The location can not be beat and view is great.

It was hard to leave when our stay way over. The view is amazing and it is a really cozy unit. I really like there are two master bedrooms, so we each had our own bathroom. Beach access is easy and it is an easy driver to Lincoln City or Depoe Bay. I will be coming back in November!

The reviews were right on for our condo. The condo was fabulous and any questions we had were addressed promptly. We also had a list of activities with discounts. We went with the dolphin cruise that was suggested and were not disappointed. We will return in the future!

Location Is great. Right on Beach. Easy access and Publix across street. well stocked. Mattress is very uncomfortable and needs to be replaced. This is our second stay here and we love it, but hope the bed will have an upgrade before we return.

We had a great stay. It was our first trip on a plane out of state in over a year. The Blue Pearl was clean, updated and comfortable. The weather was the only downside to our trip - but on the one sunny day we saw a couple alligators outside! Highly recommended.
