Our stay was great!! The ocean view from the Lanai was spectacular and having a full kitchen made our stay so much more affordable!! The property, although a tad bit dated, was spotless and everyone there was so friendly!!

Enjoyed our stay at Island Inn 323. Our room was smaller than we are used to but loved being directly on the beach. What a view from the balcony. Our room had been updated nicely and was stocked with everything we needed. The only small complaint was the shower was not hot. 2 days cold water.

We had a fantastic time while staying at the condo. The pictures gave an accurate view of what the condo looked like. It was clean upon our arrival and the instructions and contact with itrip was accurate and they made it simple. We would definitely stay at the condo again.

Comfortable home in a lovely community

We spent four wonderful weeks in this home. The kitchen is very well equipped and the home is comfortable. We were joined for 5 days by our son and his wife and baby and we all enjoyed it . The community has many activities to offer that are very easy to access. We would recommend this property to anyone.

We had a great time at the Sea Shell House. It was very clean and comfortable. The beach was easily accessible and beautiful. The house is in a very convenient location. We were easily able to walk to restaurants. While you are in St Augustine, I highly recommend visiting the Salt Spa. It is beautiful and relaxing. We will be back!
