We stayed 7 nights at the Palms. We had a great family vacation. It is an excellent location, grocery and liquor next door. Pool and hot tub on the premises. Beach right across the street with bars and restaurants within walking distance. Everything went smoothly and we would stay there again.

This was a very well equipped kitchen and place. Plenty of room to eat and watch tv and play board games. Good location close to trails and shopping. Beds were comfortable and bathroom were good. Would recommend this place for a stay in steamboat.

The stay was nice and fit the entire family of 10. Had no issues, clean and everything worked great. The views were beautiful and easy access to the other keys. When I had questions or issues I was responded to quickly and had them answered. Only thing I would request would be a few extra blankets.

We had a wonderful stay at Opal House! The home is immaculately clean, beautifully furnished, and has all the amenities you need. The kitchen is the most well stocked kitchen we’ve had the pleasure of experiencing. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. We never tired of our lagoon views, and proximity to the pool and beach! We highly recommend! Management also highly organized and responsive

Robbie made the booking seamless, as usual. We rented as a long term winter period and found the three bedroom, two and one-half bathroom, to be excellent accommodations. This property also had a garage, which was much appreciated. Great location, great facilities. Not one complaint can be made. Robbie's staff at iTrip are also exceptional. Highly recommend.
