Originally started as a summer resort destination, Steamboat has become renowned for its world-class skiing and mountain biking options. And your Steamboat vacation rental will put your family in the middle of it all.

Winter activities include skiing, snowmobiling, snowboarding, biking, sledding and fishing. The city houses two ski areas – Steamboat and Howelsen Hill, Colorado's oldest continuously operated ski area. Or simply play in the smooth, dry snow, referred to as Champagne Powder, for which Steamboat is known.

Mountain biking is huge in Steamboat. Known as Bike Town USA, the city has trails for all ages and skill levels. Hundreds of miles of single track, as well as over 50 miles of downhill and freeride terrain.

** In March 2020 when the resort shut down, we gave refunds for any unused nights and would do that again.

Awesome stay!
5/5 stars
First floor location of the condo was great and super convenient! We loved the location on the mountain and the condo itself. Owner was super receptive too!

As promised
5/5 stars
We recently stayed at Storm Meadows Condo and we were extremely happy with the condo and the location. A lot of times the pictures don't do the condo justice as they are old pictures and are not really representative of the facility. The condo was recently renovated and beautiful and perfect for what we needed. It was very comfortable in a great location, especially if you are there during ski season as it would be a ski in ski out. We were about 3 miles from downtown Steamboat Springs and located close to lots of restaurants, shopping and grocery stores. We had absolutory no complaints about Storm Meadows Condo 417.

Great condo and host services
5/5 stars
Storm Meadow Condo 417 was a great location for us to base camp for the Run Rabbit Run and hiking in the Steamboat area. The proximity to restaurants and the other events we participated in allowed us to walk and not use our car. The condo was perfect for two and the kitchen is well equipped for cooking almost anything you want. The staff at iTrip were attentive. We would definitely stay here again!

Great rental unit
5/5 stars
This unit has been recently remodeled. Nice and clean! Had everything we needed for a cozy 3 night stay! Unit numbering in the building is confusing. You enter on the 4th floor, unit is 417 but on the first floor...just take the stairs/elevators down two floors and it is right there. Otherwise it was one of the best rentals we have had in the mountains! We really appreciated the great communication/customer service by ITrip who is managing this unit. A+ experience! Thank you!

Nice and Clean Condo!
5/5 stars
We were very happy with our stay here. The condo felt very clean and nicely upgraded. We traveled with our baby so the accordion door making it function as an 1 bedroom was exactly what we needed once she went to sleep! Everything in town was less than 10 mins away. It was well stocked. Only thing we could’ve used were some throw blankets in the family room and an iron!

Guys trip ( father son)
5/5 stars
Great place easy access to everything. True ski in ski out. I would recommend for small group. I own an arb&b and there were a couple of things I would do if it was mine. The unit needs more than three big cups and it would be nice if trash can was bigger in the kitchen. Either the hot tub wasn’t operational or I couldn’t find it.

Comfortable, Clean, Updated
5/5 stars
We had the pleasure of staying at this tastefully updated open concept, 1bedroom 1 bath unit. It was perfect for the two of us. I believe it was able to accommodate up to 4 guests with a pullout sofa bed. It had a pocket accordion door for privacy. Everything was very fresh and clean. Enough closet space and drawer space under the king bed. Bed was very comfortable! Bathroom is small but that did not bother us. Kitchen had all the tools one would need to prepare a wonderful meal. After a day of skiing we enjoyed how quickly the space warmed up. Ski in and walk out was fantastic! iTrip personnel were great too. Very accommodating during our stay in Steamboat. We really enjoyed staying here and would love to again!
- Robert

Great condo, great location
5/5 stars
This property describes itself as ski-in, walk-out, but don't let that fool you into thinking it's not convenient. The ski access trail runs right to the building backdoor. The back sliding glass door for this condo sits next to the backdoor. When we were there Steamboat had received an enormous pile of snow, and you literally could have skied into the condo if you left the slider open; but don't do this, since you'd scratch the nice floors in the condo. The "walk" back to BC Ski Way is trivial. It's down one flight of stairs and across a small street. You're going to walk further in the Gondola line on most days. The condo is great. Has a well-equipped kitchen. The king bed is comfortable. Ski locker is very convenient. The place runs a little warm in winter, set the thermostats 5 to 10 degrees cooler than your goal. Nice decor and fabulous place to stay and ski.

Amazing Location!
5/5 stars
This was our first trip to Steamboat and we were so happy that we chose this condo - especially the location being so easy to walk out/ski in. It was within walking distance of restaurants & shopping which was great because parking can be super challenging on the weekends. The condo was very clean and has everything you’d need. It was missing a hairdryer and staff brought one within an hour of me texting them. I would definitely recommend this spot.
- Megan

Wonderful stay!
5/5 stars
My husband and I stayed here for the weekend. Nicely updated and convenient location for ski in/out. Also short walk to main ski area and convenient parking. Only one thing to change would be adding king instead of queen bed. Otherwise amazing value and exceptional place.
- TS
Bright, cheeri and cozy, great location.
5/5 stars
This condo has everything we needed for a great week of skiing. Ski locker and exit to skiing are 25' away. Laundry is just down the hall. Clean, modern and stylish! Kitchen is well appointed and bed is comfy. Bathroom is small but efficient. There is a folding wall which would be useful if the pull out couch were to be used. There is a small deck outside of the unit, which we enjoyed for our sunny afternoon beer. We Highly recommend this unit.

Perfect for 2, ski in ski out
5/5 stars
We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The decor is great, nice view of the mountain, comfy bed, kitchen and bath updated very nicely, liked the surround sound for playing Pandora, access to Netflix and Amazon Prime accounts, and the outside hot tub overlooking the mountain after a long day of skiing was perfect. The area is quiet too. And all a close walk to restaurants and stores near the gondola. The management response is friendly and fast too (we had issues accessing our Netflix account).

Steamboat Storm Meadows
5/5 stars
Jason and his team took great care of us-from ease of making the reservations, to patiently following up to my many questions and free shuttles around town. We really enjoyed the view of the slopes from our condo window and the convenience of being slope side and just walking out, putting on our skis/snowboards and riding to the base. Ski in was a fabulous way to end our days. Condo was just as cool as it looks in the pictures. Thank you iTRIP!

Fabulous Ski in Ski out
5/5 stars
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this ground floor condo. You can tell it has been newly renovated, everything was spotless and had all of the amenities and kitchen appliances one would need for a comfortable stay. It was very convenient to snowboard down the mountain straight into your cozy little place. Jason was a delight to work with, he was very helpful with everything and when booking through ITRIP, a free shuttle is included which is very handy. Highly recommend! Thank you for having us!

Very Good Ski Condo
4/5 stars
We enjoyed the condominium. As the pictures attest, nicely remodeled. Ski in/ski out well situated. Can take the Christie 3 Chair Lift and not have to go to the main lift area to get your day started. Common area of building is a bit tired and probably hasn't been redone in 20 years, but condo interior is well done. You're on the first floor which has pros and cons. Easy to go skiing as you are by the storage locker and ski exit. Windows face ski area so in the morning and late afternoon you see people skiing by and hear people talking. At times a little less privacy as people can see in, so we had the shades drawn. If you plan to do any laundry, bring quarters - no change machine. Great TV/audio setup. Overall, would stay there again - particularly if you are skiing focused.

President Day ski trip
5/5 stars
We have 1 day left at 417 Storm Meadows and the unit was exactly as described. It is very nicely renovated and it seems to have been recently finished. When described as ski in you literally ski right to your door. Couldn't possibly get any closer. It is a 50 yard walk to ski out and you are right at the Gondola. We will definitely stay here again.
