We had a wonderful stay at Bay Oaks. Took full advantage of the tennis and proximity to everything in Siesta! We had a minor maintenance issue which was resolved within an hour. Will def come back! ☀️??

This beach house was perfect for our needs from many age ranges from 8-75 years. We loved having 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and 2 living room type areas. The elevator a lifesaver for my husband who has a prothetic lower leg.

The townhouse was beyond our expectations. It was brand new construction and meticulously clean. Lots of space for the family and very short walk to the beach. Owner provided beach chairs for the day and corn hole and board games for family fun in the evenings. We had a great time.

Itrip people were great help and easy to work with. The actual unit had everything we needed and we were only there at night. However, do not stay here if you don't have a car. You cannot walk to town (we did walk back 1 time) and there are no food places nearby to walk to. Fine if you have a car or the shuttle service the condo offers is running during season.
